Due to high command and our commitment to creating each item with the utmost care and freshness, all orders are made in small batched with integrity and upon purchase.

Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy
At Rose & Flame Wellness, each product and service is created with intention, care and energetic alignment. Due to the sacred, hygienic, and personalized nature of our work, all policies are in place to protect both the integrity of our creations and the safety of our clients.

All holistic, energetic, or spiritual wellness services sessions must be cancelled within at least 24 hour before the scheduled session time

Cancellations made within less that 24 hours are non-refundable

Late cancellation will not be refunded or rescheduled automatically
